DESCALE uses a high-performance formula to remove lime film, iron stains and hard water scale from most washable surfaces. Effective on compound stains and soils with high calcium, magnesium or iron content.
Excellent for use on dish machines, steam tables, and reclaiming glassware with hard water stains and spotting.

DESCALE DISH MACHINES: Fill wash tank with water and disable detergent and sanitizer dispenser by removing product. Turn on tank heaters. Add ½ GL to each wash tank and allow machine to run 20-30 minutes or until lime scale disappears. Apply full strength to heavy scale deposits. Drain tank and refill with fresh water. Run machine for 5 minutes and drain.
DESCALE STEAM TABLES: Brush or spray full strength on scaled surfaces. Let stand 10-15 minutes, then fill with water to level, turn on heat and let stand for an additional 10 minutes. Drain and flush thoroughly with clean water.
CLEANING STAINLESS STEEL & ALUMINUM EQUIPMENT: Apply solution of 2 OZ - 4 OZ per GL of hot water with brush and scrub area to be descaled. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and let air dry.
DESCALE COFFEE URNS: Fill water jacket of urn with hot water and add 1 OZ - 2 OZ per GL of water. Heat and let stand for 15 minutes. Drain and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
